Melon seeds barfi
- Melon Seeds Roasted : 2-3 cups
- Ghee : 2 tsp
- Cardamom Powder : 1 tsp
- Sugar- ½ cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Grind the melon seeds into a fine powder and then sieve it to remove any chunks.
- Fry the Melon powder properly in ghee and add cardamom powder to it and mix well.
- Prepare sugar syrup by simmering sugar and water together.
- Add sugar syrup in the melon seeds mixture and mix well.
- Grease a pan well, add the ready mixture to it and set a thin layer. Garnish with Almonds.
- Once chilled, cut the cake in quadrilateral shapes and enjoy the Barfi.
