Ingredients: 


  1. 3 tsp jaggery 
  2. 13-15 almonds 
  3. 10-12 Pistachios 

Chia Seeds Mixture: 


  1. 1 cup Chilled Coconut milk 
  2. 3 tsp Chia seeds 
  3. 2 tsp Honey
  4. ½ tsp Vanilla Essence  
  5. ½ tsp cinnamon powder 

Fruits: 


Any fruits of your choice or you can also use the ones given in the list.

  1. Papaya 
  2. Kiwi 
  3. Anjir (soaked dry fruit) 
  4. Banana 
  5. Pomegranate

Process : 


Caramelized nuts: . Make sugar syrup and caramelize the nuts in the syrup. 

Chia Seeds mixture: Mix all the ingredients together, adding them one by one into a bowl and let it soak overnight. 

Layering: Layer all the cut fruits and chia seeds mixtures alternatively in a mug. Top it of with caramelized nuts and enjoy this chilled dessert.
