Ingredients:
4 cups Raw sunflower seeds
1-2 Tbsp. almond oil
sea salt
1 Tbsp. raw honey
1 dash ground cinnamon
Method:
- Put sunflower seeds into a half gallon mason jar and Add 1 tablespoon of sea salt. Fill with water to the top of the jar. And let them soak well.
- Once soaked let them dehydrate until crispy.
- Put crispy, dehydrated seeds into your food processor and Keep processing until the meal starts to release its oil and come together into a ball. Add a little oil while processing.
- Once the butter is smooth and creamy, mix in salt, sweetener and cinnamon or vanilla, to taste and enjoy your butter!
