1 cup Happy Karma quinoa
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 chopped banana
1 tablespoon maple syrup.
- Rinse the Happy Karma Quinoa grains to get rid of the bitterness and then roast them in the pan for about 4-5 mins to get the crisp.
- Add the almond milk to the roasted Happy Karma Quinoa along with the salt and maple syrup. Let it cook on medium flame.
- When the Happy Karma Quinoa is ready just dress it up with the toppings in your own style.
- Time to eat!
