Buckwheat Dosa is a healthy and tasty dosa recipe. This recipe is specially prepared during fast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Happy Karma Buckwheat Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Rock Salt
  • Water 
  • Finely chopped Coriander  

 

Process:

  1. Mix the ingredients together
  2. Make sure you cool the tawa before adding the batter. 
  3. Put the batter on the tawa and spread it in a thin layer. 
  4. Cook on medium flame 
  5. Once done. Enjoy it with coconut chutney
