Buckwheat Dosa is a healthy and tasty dosa recipe. This recipe is specially prepared during fast.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Happy Karma Buckwheat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Rock Salt
- Water
- Finely chopped Coriander
Process:
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Make sure you cool the tawa before adding the batter.
- Put the batter on the tawa and spread it in a thin layer.
- Cook on medium flame
- Once done. Enjoy it with coconut chutney
